The probability is one of the branches in the mathematics. It is the random experiment. For example, a card is drawn from the set of cards. Probability is also the uncertainty event. Probability is the way of expressing the event. It determines the outcomes in the each experiment. It is defined as the ratio of the number of the favorable cases to the total number of cases.
Formula for find probability math:
The formula for find the probability for the event A is P (A) = number of favorable cases/ total number of cases.
P( A-1) = 1- P (A)
P(S) =1 S is the sample space.
If A1, A2, . . . . . . . ., A3 are mutually exclusive events, then P( A1 U A2 U . . . . . .A3) =P(A1) + P( A2) + . . . . . .+ P(A3)
Odds in favor of an event= probability of happening/ probability of non- happening.
Odds against an event= probability of non- happening/ probability of happening.

Two cards are drawn at random,from a pack of cards. Find the chance that one is king and the other a queen.
Solution:
Total number of case for two card drawn = 52 C2
Number of favorable cases= 4C1. 4C1
= 16
Required probability= 4C1. 4C1/ 52C2
= 16/ 26 .51
= 8/ 663

What is the chance that a leap year is selected at random will contain 53 Sundays?
Solution:
In a leap year, there are 366 days that is 52 weeks and 2 days; remaining 2 days can be any two days of the week.
In order to have 53 Sundays, out of remaining two days must be Sunday.
Number of the favor cases=2
Total number of cases=7
Required cases= 2/7.
The possibilities for the leap year will contain 53 Sundays are 2/7.
